Noah's Ark Nursery School has been in existence for over 35 years.  It is a non-profit, non-sectarian school located in The Congregational Church of Huntington  at 30 Washington Drive in Centerport.  Our facilities include spacious and colorful classrooms, as well as a large indoor play area.  Our outdoor playground is child-safe and well equipped.  We provide school-year programs for 2, 3 and 4-year old children.

Our Philosophy is to help children feel good about themselves – to help them develop positive self esteem.  We focus on their social, intellectual, and emotional development.  Our program is designed to help children develop specific skills, and thus reach their potential.  We help them to develop self-discipline while encouraging them to explore and discover new things about themselves and their environment.  We praise them for their accomplishments, and encourage them to feel proud of their achievements.

Our Staff:
All of our teachers have degrees in Elementary or Early Childhood Education.  Each is aided by a paid assistant.  Our team of teachers and assistants are experienced, caring individuals who are sensitive to the needs of your children.  (Our staff has a love of teaching – their aim is to make a difference in each child’s life.)
